Account Management
To create an account, click on “Create account” in the top-right corner, fill out your name, email and password, and accept our terms of service. Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email (with an OTP code) to verify and activate your new account.
If you forget your password, you can reset it using our “Forgot Password” flow. Just click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page, enter your email, and you’ll get a 9-digit one-time code valid for 60 seconds.
Absolutely—you can change your password anytime by going to Profile → Security → Change Password. You’ll need to enter your current password and then choose a new one (must be at least 8 characters).
To add an extra layer of security, you can enable 2FA under Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You’ll scan a QR code into your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) and then use TOTP codes on each login.
Yes—if you decide to leave, you can permanently delete your account under Profile → Security → Delete account. This will remove all your personal data, purchases and progress; it cannot be undone.
Courses & Certificates
Once you’ve purchased (or claimed) a course, go to its Overview page—you’ll see all downloadable resources listed under “Resources.” You can view videos inline, download slide decks, and take interactive exercises right in your browser.
You can download a PDF invoice from your Profile → Purchases at any time.
Yes—when you finish all chapters and pass all exercises with 100% correct, a completion certificate becomes available on your course dashboard. You can download it as a PDF and share it on LinkedIn or print it for your records.
Every course comes with built-in exercises at the end of each chapter. You submit your answers inline and get immediate feedback—correct submissions earn you badges on your profile.
If you spot a typo, broken link, or wrong code sample, click “Report content issue” at the bottom of that chapter. Our team will get notified and follow up with you once it’s resolved.
