4. Course Enrollment & Payment

Courses are purchased through secure payment methods. All fees are stated in USD and are non‑tax inclusive unless specified. Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the course materials as described in the course outline.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. After 7 days or 20% completion, no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, quizzes, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Do not share your login credentials or download course materials for redistribution.
• Do not attempt to hack, copy, or reverse‑engineer the Portal or its content.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

The Portal and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
